I’ve seen this a couple of times lately … when I sim best in bags, it keeps telling me I have gear that I don’t. I’ve checked my bank, my warband bank … simply not there. Thoughts?
Usually this kind of thing can be cleared up by resetting all of your data in the in-game addon. Instructions on how to do that here:
If that doesn’t help, then create a snapshot as outlined in the post that eighjan linked and post it here, then let us know which specific items show up on the website but that you do not own in-game, and we can troubleshoot further from there.
