Two questions;

  1. Whats the reason behind putting the low end dmg weap in mh and vice versa?
  2. Why go from 7% hit to 6%, isnt the hitcap for yellows 8% in dual wield?

For your first question: Average weapon damage is what matters for optimization, not the particular low or high end number.
